Things In Unusual Colors That Left Us Stunned

This rare black and gold cockatoo probably attracts all the ladybirds with feathers like those. Native to Australia, the red-tailed black cockatoo is one of the few animals in that country that won’t make your skin crawl. It looks like the sky in the Outback on a clear night.

He needs some tiny chain necklaces to make his full transformation to e-boy.

There are likely only four or five albino humpback whales on the planet and someone captured one on camera. The first one was named Migaloo, and he was spotted in Australian waters in 1991. His albinism quickly became the focus of whale researchers and tourists alike. 

“Hello, darkness, my old friend.” This jet-black chinchilla is gorgeous, and sadly people use their fur for coats despite it being cruel and the fur being prone to mold when exposed to water. It looks so soft and fluffy, and we want to pet it, but they don’t like being held or pet. 

We don’t know how this shark became iridescent, but we hope this person put it back in the ocean. It wasn’t caught in an oil spill; this is actually a Pelagic Thresher Shark. They are sometimes recorded as green thresher sharks because the light hits their skin and gives it a variety of different colors. 

This Alabaster kitten named Olive has half brown and half blue eyes due to a rare genetic condition called sectorial heterochromia iridis. It looks like Olive was taking a selfie to show off her beautiful eyes because he knows how beautiful he is. 

This girl was rocking the split dye hair before it was even a trend. She was born with half blonde and half brunette hair; even her eyebrows are two different colors. This would make a very unique braid, and we wonder if her arm hair is also brown on one side and blonde on the other. 

We know it’s a bit morbid, but no one would ever see this buck run into the road at night, so we hope he sticks to extensive forests. We would like to call him Shadow if no one else has named him already. It’s adorable to see now, but imagine how freaky it would be to see it in the wild. 

This beautiful and rare white giraffe has a sad backstory. After his family was killed by poachers, he was fitted with a tracker to deter hunters. Albino animals have been hunted throughout history when they should be preserved for their unique beauty. 

Have you ever seen a more adorable baby reindeer in your life? Like Rudolf, this little guy is different than all of the other reindeer, and they never let him join the reindeer games. His antlers are so little that it looks like someone stuck two sticks into his head. 

Is it a white dog with a black head or a black dog with a white body? We wonder how many times they thought about naming him Blackhead but then realized it would remind them too much of acne every time they said his name. 

Now that you have been blessed by the golden beetle, you will have good luck for the rest of the week. This could literally be a piece of jewelry, and we would never know the difference. The golden tortoise beetle can change color in response to different situations, and we wonder if it can turn to rose gold. 

We don’t know how this occurred, but it looks like the portal to a fairytale land where unicorns and fairies roam freely and every day is sunny and 75 with a breeze. Bob Ross could paint this and make each cloud look like a happy little accident. 

This is an albino wood turtle, and they are one of the rarest types of turtles in the world. It looks like a regular turtle that was hydro dipped in these vibrant colors. However, despite its vibrant colors that make it look dangerous, it is actually a very gentile turtle and even does well in captivity. 

All we know about frogs is the more vibrant the colors, the more poisonous it is. Although it is forbidden to touch, its beautiful color makes us want to hold it so bad. His skin is very on-trend with the tie-dye and colored camouflage looks we have seen. 

This albino trash panda sticks out next to his friends. They look like they kidnapped him, and they are trying to make sure the raccoon cops aren’t chasing them. We didn’t know they would look almost unrecognizable without their signature masks. 

We don’t know if it is actually one in a million, but the yellow cardinal is rarely ever seen. The bird is yellow due to a rare genetic mutation, and it is absolutely gorgeous. That vibrant shade of yellow makes them easy to spot if you are lucky enough to see one in nature. 

If you saw this sign, would you know to stop without reading it? We usually recognize stop signs for their bright red color, but this would throw us off. It looks like someone wanted to add a stop sign near their business but make it fit in with their aesthetic. 

This looks like a mix of a husky and a fox, and we want to give it cuddles. It is actually a Canadian Marble fox, but it looks just like the fox Pokemon. However, it is probably vicious like other wild foxes, so we wouldn’t suggest petting it.  

The rare and beautiful strawberry finch is native to the grasslands of tropical Asia, and it is popular as a caged bird due to its colorful plumage. Although it is named after the fruit, we don’t think they would taste like strawberries, and we would rather not find out. 

This gorgeous flower is for those who can’t decide between red and white roses. This is caused by a random mutation during flower development when it is supposed to produce red pigment. The flower thought it was only supposed to produce half the amount, and this is the result. 

Cruella De Ville might have been impartial to black and white spots, but she will probably crave beige tones like the ones seen on this lemon dalmatian if she sees this. These are beautiful dogs, and their spots are nothing like we have ever seen before, but the American Kennel Club recognizes them. 

These black petunias would be perfect for a vampire celebration. The black magic petunias bloom in the spring and summer, and they will definitely catch the eye of anyone walking by your home. People might wonder if you painted the flowers to create this unusual look. 

This turtle is not albino, but it lacks the same pigment as a regular sea turtle. Is this what Squirtle would look like if he were real? Usually, when hatchlings are leucistic, they have deformities like deformed flippers, missing eyes, or sadly even missing mouths. 

When even the butterflies in your stomach are too chicken to ask out your crush. People might think this is a moth, but it is actually a chicken. Once you see the face, you won’t be able to unsee it, and it will be a chicken moth for the rest of eternity. 

This cat is sporting the most fashionable trend these days; a fur vest goes with every outfit, and hers is all-natural. She looks purr-fect, and we have never seen a cat with such a unique coat. While her head is black, her body is a gorgeous brownish-red. 

“Excuse me; I’m not done with my makeup yet. No pictures, please.” This dog looks like he was caught in the middle of putting on his makeup, and it is the strangest fur color pattern we have ever seen on a dog. This is what it looks like when a dog has vitiligo. 

Snakes are already spooky, and this one is ever more haunting because of its jack–lantern pattern on its back. This would be the perfect pet for anyone obsessed with Halloween and all things related to the spooky season. 

“I’m blue da ba dee da ba die.” This might be the tiniest lobster we have ever seen, and we have never seen a blue one before. Do they turn red when you cook them? It depends where you are fishing, but some places have more blue lobsters than others.

We could learn a lot from our animal kingdom friends. These lizards are all different shades, and they like each other just the same. While the albino one is much different than his friends, he is treated just like his colorful buddies, and gets to eat just as many bugs. 

The seal on the left is on the verge of slapping his friend because he is stealing the spotlight. When someone stands out from the crowd, they are going to have haters who want them to fade away. However, this seal knows he is the star of the show.
